The Container Telescopic Compactor for Biological Infectious Waste of the Steriale System is an innovative solution designed to optimize the handling of hazardous hospital waste through compaction, saving space and volume, improving efficiency.
This container has a capacity of 160 liters and is made of polyamide with fiberglass, ensuring high strength and durability. The lid opens up to 270 degrees for easy access. It is optionally available with a foot pedal for opening the lid.
Intended Use
This reusable container has been specifically designed for the safe transport, storage and compaction of infectious biological waste. It is ideal for hospitals and healthcare facilities that need to manage waste of different densities, including hospital infectious waste bags.
For its correct use, the container must be used with the Steriale Compactor Motor. Once the container is compacted, it is taken directly to a Steriale autoclave for proper sterilization.

- In addition to being transported by Steriale’s sterilization and transfer trolley, the container is equipped with handles for individual transport. Optionally, a foot pedal can be added for opening the lid.
- Compresses up to 1/3 of its original volume.
- It allows the compaction of infectious waste bags or waste directly deposited in its interior of low density and high volume.

Lid rotation
