The Steriale Reusable Container for sharps infectious biological waste incorporates a patented lid-opening system designed to ensure safer waste handling. It is available in 1.5, 3, 4.5 and 7.5 liter versions and in two colors to suit multiple legislations.
Intended Use
This reusable container has been designed for the safe transport and storage of hazardous hospital waste or any other type of high-risk waste, including sharp, perforating or blunt materials.
The operator should assemble the container by correctly placing the lid on the cardboard consumable and into the rigid body for use. Once filled, only the lid should be sterilized with the cardboard consumable attached.

Patented Technology
Our reusable sharps container, patented by Steriale, combines safety, sustainability and efficiency in sharps waste management. Its external structure is made of resistant and reusable plastic, while inside, the waste is deposited in a recyclable cardboard collector with a permanent closure system. This innovative design ensures that the cardboard cannot be removed or handled prior to sterilization, reducing the risk of exposure. Once sterilized, the inner container remains securely sealed. In addition, according to local regulations, we offer a shredding machine to process the sterilized material, providing an even more efficient and environmentally friendly solution.
