Steriale System
The Steriale System is a sterilization and IN-SITU management system of Infectious Biological Waste, installed in a modular way inside the health facility, allowing the transformation of Infectious and Sharps into common waste (also known as urban/municipal waste) generating more Economy, Biosafety, Ecology and Traceability in the whole process of waste management of a health unit. The whole system is provided as a service, without the need to invest in CAPEX, paying only for the kilogram of waste treated and consumables.

Chemical and radioactive wastes continue with their normal treatment process.

Getting to know the System
Consumables

Waste Disposal
Consumables are placed in containers or compactors.
Containers and Compactors

Safe Transport of Waste
Containers are sterilized in autoclave
Autoclaves

Waste Treatment with GPRS System
Consumables are disposed of as municipal waste
Demonstration of patented container opening system
This system is activated only during sterilization.
Until then, the container remains hermetically sealed.
Patented Sharps Waste Container
Reusable container in which only the internal cardboard collector is discarded, made of recyclable material. It has safety systems that prevent its opening before sterilization.
What happens after a Steriale System sterilization cycle?

All autoclaves have a cycle time of 50 minutes.
- Containers are back in use
- Consumables are disposed of as urban waste.
- Management information is sent to the system via the Internet (no connected computer is required).
- Consumption of 1 to 20 liters of water (depending on autoclave model)
- Low energy consumption
- All air is sterilized
- Inert organic matter directly to the drainage system

Software Traceability
The Steriale application revolutionizes the management of infectious biological waste in healthcare environments. Our traceability software offers a comprehensive solution that optimizes the sterilization process, ensures regulatory compliance and improves operational efficiency. Discover how Steriale can transform your hospital waste management.

- Weight per Kg of each container
- Location of containers and autoclaves
- Date and time of each sterilization, and its steps
- Logging of each cycle, faults, automatic maintenance request
- Reports in Excel and PDF, by autoclave, by container, by date, etc...
Some of the advantages of the Steriale System
Significant reduction in operating and hospital waste management costs.
The system eliminates the transport of bags and collectors to the central warehouse. Safe transport in metal containers.
Aids biosafety by eliminating the risk of accidental opening and contagion.
Electronic control and tracking of all containers and their contents.
Contribute to the environment by completely eliminating the use of plastic disposables.
Up to 50% reduction in waste volume. Up to 75% reduction in the storage of empty collectors.
Reduction in the frequency of waste collection.
Low impact on the environment, from the production process to its disposal in the hospital.
Endorsed by global authorities for reliable waste management
