This website of Steriale and its affiliated companies has been created for the exclusive use of the brand itself. All content on the website is protected by copyright and competition rights. Any copying or public disclosure of the entire website or in part requires written permission from Steriale.
Steriale does not request personal data from users visiting its website. Therefore, the disclosure of personal data by the user to Steriale through its website will only occur when they voluntarily use the contact form service to get in touch with Steriale. In these cases, data processing is inevitable and implicit in the contracting system. For these cases and those described in the following section, the entity informs the client that the data processing is carried out for the following purposes: Carrying out all procedures related to the preparation of quotes, contracting, and provision of Steriale’s services to the company it belongs to or, where applicable, to the interested party who requests it. Steriale informs that this privacy policy contains all aspects related to the processing of personal data that Steriale carries out as the data controller. For the same purposes, Steriale informs that if the client sends an email or communicates their personal data to Steriale based on the position they hold in a company—whether as an administrator, manager, representative, and/or any other position as a contact person in the company—it will be understood that such communication implies the provision of their free, unequivocal, specific, informed, and express consent for the processing of their personal data by Steriale for the purposes set forth above, as well as to attend to their communication or send documentation.
Steriale only plans to make transfers or communications of data that, according to article 11.2.c. of Organic Law 15/1999 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter LOPD), must be made to meet its obligations to Public Administrations in cases that require it in accordance with the current legislation in each subject at all times, and if applicable, also to other bodies such as Judges, Public Prosecutor’s Office, Courts, Court of Auditors, or Ombudsman.
It also informs the user that any other data transfer it has to make will be communicated when the LOPD foresees it, expressly informing the user of the recipients of the information, the purpose for which the data will be used, and the nature of the data transferred, or in case the LOPD establishes it, explicit, specific, and informed consent will be requested from the user beforehand.
However, Steriale informs the user and the client that any processing of personal data is subject to the current legislation in Spain on data protection, established by the LOPD and its complementary regulations and development. In this sense, Steriale is only responsible for and guarantees the confidentiality of the personal data that it requests from the user through the website www.steriale.com, having no responsibility for the processing and subsequent uses of personal data that may be carried out by third-party service providers in the information society who may access such data due to the provision of their services or the exercise of their activity.
